- 4+ years of experience in project management, organizational design, change management, or process improvement in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Experience with environmental justice or environmental justice-related data
- Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills, including conducting research and evaluating options for action
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into deliverables
- Ability to take initiative and think creatively
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with implementing organizational design principles in a client-facing environment
- Experience working with federal government agencies, particularly the EPA
- Experience working with state and local communities
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations using analytical tools
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and explain findings to teammates and leaders
- Master's degree
- PMP, Agile, or Change Management Certification
