    **Position:** Sales Coordinator **Location:** Peachtree Corners, GA

    **Job Id:** 153 **# of Openings:** 0 Liteworks Window & Door is a leading supplier of high-end windows and doors in Metro Atlanta. In addition, we also are a leading supplier of windows and doors to the light commercial and multi-family industry across the southeast. Liteworks has an immediate need to an individual to work in our Sales Department in Norcross, GA. Remote work is an option for the right individual. We offer an excellent benefit package that includes paid time off and health insurance. The Sales Coordinator/Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day sales functions such as order entry, order expediting, and problem resolution as well as having a constant awareness of impact on profits. This position is responsible for developing and building key relationships with customers. The Sales Coordinator works closely with outside sales representatives, estimating department, and operations to ensure that the customers needs are met and that all customer quotes are completed in an accurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate has the ability to build customer relationships through effective and professional communication, integrity, trust, and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Requirements:

    Establish and maintain communications with each account and project manager.

    Coordinate customer requirements to ensure shipments are scheduled for customers on a daily basis.

    Provide outstanding customer service.

    Process and track customer orders.

    Work closely with operations and sales representatives to ensure accuracy in all facets of the business.

    Establish and maintain good vendor relationships.

    Participate in bid preparation, contract pricing, submittal requirements, etc.

    Monitor all customer job activities and keep abreast of upcoming material requirements.

    Assists the sales team with any customer issues, shortages, or damaged materials.

    Qualifications:

    Ability to provide a full range of administrative and sales support.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    General knowledge of basic computer software such as spreadsheets, databases, word processing applications, email, internet, etc.

    Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

    Building Material sales experience preferred but not required.
