    Description

    Job Description

    Order Entry Representatives assist clients with order details accurately and promptly. The ideal Reps are organized and detail-oriented.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enter NEW Purchase Orders
    • Process XML & EDI Orders
    • Forward Purchase Orders to the appropriate team @ corporate
    • Enter Parts-Express (with cost)
    • Send QA Requests to Customer Care
    • Initiate Addendum Process
    • Conduct final QA of Orders
    • Release Orders into Production
    • Cancel/Revise PO prior to release
    • Correspond with Secondary Review Team
    • Correspond with Proforma Team
    • File Documents according to local guidance
    • Additional Duties as Assigned

    Requirements/Education/Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Orders and customer servicing experience
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong attention to details
