    Exciting Job Opportunity: Insurance and Financial Sales Agent Position in Jacksonville, FL, US

We are in search of a candidate with a strong background in life insurance and financial services sales, a proven history of reaching goals, and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Primary responsibilities include identifying new leads, cultivating client connections, and finalizing transactions. Providing exceptional customer service is a fundamental aspect of this role.

    Compensation:

    $65,000 - $80,000 at plan earnings

    Responsibilities:
    • Meet specific sales targets by engaging with new and existing clients in Jacksonville, FL.
    • Tailor life insurance solutions to meet customers' financial goals after assessing their needs.
    • Enhance team members' understanding of the insurance and financial services sector through training and guidance.
    • Create personalized long-term financial plans aligned with clients' financial objectives using expertise.
    • Motivate the team during challenging times by implementing incentives and providing support.
    Qualifications:
    • Hold a university degree and possess prior experience in the insurance or finance sectors.
    • Exhibit a strong desire to establish a successful career in the field of finance.
    • Showcase exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to motivate and lead a team effectively.
    • Demonstrate a proactive nature with a confident and decisive approach to making decisions.
    • Enjoy building and nurturing client relationships while aiding them in making well-informed financial decisions.
    • Display a resolute and assertive demeanor when pursuing objectives.
