- As an E&I Engineer, your main responsibilities include developing engineering deliverables and collaborating with the project team.
- Under the guidance of the Lead Engineer, you will prepare design documents in coordination with Process, Mechanical, and Controls engineers, along with other support functions like Document Control, Sourcing, and Finance.
- The E&I Engineer works on various technical aspects such as Process & Instrument Diagrams, single line diagrams, I/O lists, control system architecture, electrical load lists, and more.
- You should have expertise in control panel design, vendor management, selecting equipment, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
- Moreover, you will be involved in monitoring project schedules, providing customer support, and participating in project reviews.
- This role demands a solid engineering background, excellent teamwork skills, and effective communication abilities.
- The ideal candidate should exhibit professionalism, creativity, and adaptability in managing project requirements.
- 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering within industries like water treatment, oil & gas, chemical, or power sectors
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Control Engineering from an accredited institution
- Proficient in SAP and familiarity with hazardous location technologies
- Experience in Motor Control Center (MCC) design and power distribution systems
- Familiarity with valve and instrument procurement, cable tray design, and relevant design standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills, along with clear communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a team and making sound decisions in dynamic environments
- A willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10 - 25%)
