About the Role:
The Part Time Receptionist at Meadows serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations efficiently, ensuring smooth communication between clients, staff, and management. The receptionist will handle tasks such as greeting families and residents, managing correspondence, and maintaining records with accuracy and confidentiality. The schedule for this position is 4 PM-8 PM Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, computers, and printers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare, corporate, or professional office environment.
- Familiarity with computer software and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization to uphold a professional appearance.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and resolve visitor inquiries.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information handled at the front desk.
- Other duties as assigned

Proficiency in office software and equipment ensures that administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
