  • Monitor Slack OneDrive Microsoft Google online meeting platforms Zoom AmeriCorps regional requirements file management compliance Team meetings staff evaluations procedures training Board logistics tracking board interactions & meeting notes in TFACT updating board member dashboards Executive Director development tasks cash collection thank you letters tracking development meetings & notes in TFACT Event planning executing events quarterly board meetings alumni events fundraising events external partners long-term planning summer teacher trainings Create manage tight logistics event booking team preparation guest registration communication Execute lead operations at regional events Serve first point contact community members alumni corps members building office management triage mail email visitor inquiries Office functionality upkeep technology operation material inventory supplies Ensure office clean organized easy use team community partners Plan execute evaluate communication plans for corps members alumni partners social media posts content drives awareness program impact Support creation marketing collateral events Executive Director meetings Serve team budget tracker managing non-payroll spending through compliance systems structures Work closely national teams track forecast non-payroll spending Manage process completion contracts external vendors Manage team credit card expense report processing Participate team meetings note-taking operations planning Communicate assign track teammates outcomes Assist operational related tasks answering questions fulfilling requests Maintain databases tracking non-personnel spending budget forecasts Ensure contracts parties followed up stages complete Meet assess progress tasks projects Meet national teammates corps members external partners Operate hybrid work environment responsive necessary in-person meetings events Be present office manage administrative duties.
