    Description

    About the Role

    The sushi chef is a key member of our team, responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes for our in-store fresh sushi program. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Prepare various finfish, shellfish, and fresh produce items for sushi production.
    • Maintain food safety records for sushi rice and ensure compliance with all Food City policies and procedures.
    • Assemble and package sushi, sides, and spring rolls for sale to customers.
    • Create custom sushi rolls at customer request.
