Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Sales Associates ensure customers have a rewarding experience that elevates their sport performance. They demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet hourly selling and customer service goals, provide product knowledge to customers, and work as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, Opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance and secure all company assets under one's control.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone, and math skills
• Embrace new technology and change with high accuracy
• Able to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
