This position requires the Senior Accountant to be in office the first 5 business days of the calendar month, two days per week the remainder of the month; this attendance requirement is subject to change in the future.

    The Director Infrastructure is responsible for designing, managing, administering, and monitoring applications integral to our business partners, our products, and the Information Technology (IT) organization. We are looking for a passionate IT Leader with a large spectrum of experience working across multiple business verticals in a rapidly evolving environment. You will have the opportunity to improve everyday business processes, challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions to modernize our approach in areas covering forecasting, asset management, procurement, and financial reconciliation.

    As Director, Infrastructure you will support the following:

    Oversee the Development, management, and maintenance of Windows server infrastructure, including physical and virtual machines:

    • Designs and develops policies and procedures for installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of infrastructure & security.
    • Manage the Creation and support of virtual machines for specialized uses (DNS, caching, finance systems, test environments, etc.).
    • Manage and maintain other core equipment (switches, routers, call manager, UPS, racking and environmental controls, etc.).
    • Work in conjunction with outside partners, contractors, and service providers when applicable.
    • Deploy, support, and maintain Network infrastructure from Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, and other manufacturers.
    • Perform daily backup of data from file server to Network Attached Storage, monitor back-up software, check logs, and perform recovery tests.
    • Research new technology and make recommendations for purchases.
    • Manage the installation, support, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
    • Maintains a complete and accurate inventory of all hardware, software, and related Infrastructure equipment and software contracts.
    • Implement and support required logging, alerting, monitoring tools to ensure there is insight to platform uptime and performance.
    • Maintains thorough logs of work completed in the change logs.
    • Review & analyze security events and logs, providing remediation steps, and recommendations for improvements.
    • Meet tight deadlines and commitments, establish and measure SLAs to meet business needs.
    • Ability to multitask on several initiatives simultaneously to meet business needs.
    • Ensure concise and clear written and verbal communications.
    • Support and partner with the System Administration an Engineering team for security solutions including but not limited to: MFA, DLP, Cloud App Security, Defender ATP and Defender Endpoint
    • Support for large environments focused on automation.
    • Ensure products meet the necessary requirements for security, portability, and performance.
    • Meet tight business timelines, establish and measure required SLAs
    • Create and maintain required documentation
    • Develop, deploy, and support processes to support infrastructure & security projects.
    • Build strategic partnerships with vendors and hold them accountable for delivery.
    • Operational support, logging, alerting, and establishing tools, standards, and operational procedures
    • Work across a multitude of third-party solution providers each fulfilling a portion of the overall service delivery
    • Exhibit critical thinking by seeing outcomes and providing direction when there are multiple stakeholders and solutions
    • Ensure concise, clear, and regular verbal and written communication between business partners and the IT organization
    • Adhere to established standards by the IT organization.
    • Deliver outstanding human centric customer service through all support and operational efforts.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    About You:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or substantial experience in Infrastructure Technology.
    • Combination of education, experience, & certification focusing on Windows, Cisco, virtualization, backup, LAN maintenance & optimization.
    • Proven history of effective network management in a mid-to-large size organization.
    • Highly organized, able to multi-task, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload with frequent interruptions.
    • Ability to assist in project planning including timelines, requirements, deliverables, bills of materials.
    • Able to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, maintain the confidentiality of privileged information and follow oral and written instructions.
    • Able to work collaboratively as an integral member of the technology team.
    • Willingness and ability to adjust to changing conditions or priorities.
    • Able to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions.
    • Able to consistently follow protocol and instructions.
    • Able to work effectively both independently and with a team.
    • Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment, as needed.
