Description
Job DescriptionLooking for a 40 hour per week Site Pool Manager for an outdoor pool from 5/20-9/ in Nyack NY.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Making sure the facility runs smooth and all site, company and board of Health rules are followed
Overseeing of assistant manager, staff of lifeguards and swim instructors for busy pool
Overseeing that the lifeguard staff is watching the bathers, enforcing the rules, rotating for breaks and keeping the pool clean
Some help with scheduling of staff, finding coverage for call outs
Would prefer someone that is Lifeguard Certified or willing to take a class
