    Spratlin Electric, a reputable electrical services company with 30+ years of experience, is seeking an accomplished Electrician Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various electrical projects, focusing on the medical industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement plans for electrical wiring, including lighting, fire alarms, and other systems.
    • Install electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, and additional systems.
    • Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians as needed.
    • Establish wiring connections within electrical circuits and networks, ensuring component compatibility.
    • Assemble conduits and thread wiring through them.
    • Employ effective troubleshooting techniques to identify hazards and devise innovative solutions.
    • Provide and maintain accurate job-related documentation.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience as an Electrician Foreman or lead electrician.
    • Proficiency in commercial and light industrial electrical systems.
    • Ability to interpret and read electrical drawings and plans.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of on-site safety protocols.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors.
    • Strong task management skills for timely project completion.

    Compensation

    $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
