    Job Description

    We are urgently seeking experienced Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide one-on-one support for a young adult male with severe maladaptive behaviors.

    • Provide direct behavior support and supervision
    • Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA
    • Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior
