Pay:

$25 $45/hr depending on license/experience

Sign-On Bonus:

$5,000

What Youll Do:

Upgrade & Install: Execute service upgrades, utility meter moves, and install solar-related electrical equipment, wiring, and devicesall while adhering to safety and code standards.
Lead the Charge: Provide technical expertise and guidance to installation crews, ensuring top-notch workmanship and safety on every project.
Team Player: Assist with staging materials and site prep, maintaining a clean, organized job site.
Document Success: Complete project documentation, including photos and equipment diagrams, and submit promptly.
Communicate Effectively: Interact professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle care and safety guidelines.

Qualifications Were Looking For:

License Required: A valid State Electrical License.
Code Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) in residential settings.
Experience Preferred: Previous residential solar experience is a plus, but were eager to train motivated licensed electricians
Mechanical Skills: Comfort with tools and physical tasks, including climbing and lifting lbs).
Clean Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
