    Join our team of world class shopping center management and marketing professionals, who take pride in taking care of our guests every need while they shop, dine, work and play The Guest & Retail Experience Manager is an associate level management role that leads driving operational excellence in the retail environment as well as the lead manager in cultivating and ensuring strong retailer relationships. This role contributes to the total asset value creation working in partnership with the General Manager (GM) and other internal and external stakeholders.

    In this role, your main missions are:

    • Leads delivery of day-to-day operational excellence in everything related to the customer journey.
    • Champion the center's guest experience program including training and development of all URW employees and contractors in Westfield STYLE. Lead weekly meetings with all departments to train and highlight best practices in customer service.
    • Develops and leads center initiatives for new customer services and amenities.
    • Works with General Manager, Facilities Director, and Marketing Director to implement projects that will enhance the overall guest experience including modifications and enhancements to existing center services and amenities, or the development of new services and amenities that align with the vision for the centers long term business plan.
    • This is an active role. The successful candidate will spend a significant amount of time in the field meeting with tenants, customers, hospitality, community, etc.
    • Leads operational support of marketing activations and center events to ensure operational excellence.
    • Leads retailer onboarding and continued engagement with all URW policies and procedures to ensure stringent operational alignment with the overall center standards. This includes updating and distribution of the Shopping Center Retailer Handbook and Shopping Center Rules.
    • Connects key Sales Based Rent tenants with Center Marketing team to drive key performance indicators.
    • Manage online retailer communication platform URWConnect.
    • Leads B2B development and implementation of hospitality / tourism concierge programs, residential outreach, and B2B office precinct programs in conjunction with center management and center marketing.
    • Assist with other duties as assigned.

    What we are looking for

    • 2 + years of previous retail, customer service/concierge or sales/marketing experience required.
    • Prior experience with hotel, retail, or restaurant "front of house" guest service is preferred.
    • Strong organizational ability and can effectively manage multi projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be a strategic and analytical thinker.
    • Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
    • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent preferred.

    • Lift and carry up to 35 lbs. for at least 15 minutes at a time.
    • Able to travel locally and the surrounding community where Flagship Center is located.

    Compensation

    Exempt

    $65,000 – $80,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
