- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH) are highly desirable
- Oversee the development and implementation of the company's HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement risk assessment processes to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Lead incident investigations and ensure that corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on HSE policies and practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HSE Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the company's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
As an HSE Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall well-being of our workforce, as well as the protection of our environment. You will be responsible for identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will lead training programs to ensure that employees are well-informed and equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to work safely.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You must be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective HSE management systems.
