Position Overview: We're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This role involves working in a school environment, providing valuable support to students with diverse needs and abilities. Whether you're an experienced OT or a recent graduate, we invite you to apply and be part of our supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' functional abilities and needs within the school environment.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals to address students' occupational therapy needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and functional skills.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
