    Description

    Job Title: SR Member Service Generalist

    Under the general supervision of branch management, initiate and build strong relationships with new and existing members by generating loan and deposit volume.

    We utilize our credit union philosophy to uncover member needs and customize recommendations to improve financial well-being. Perform teller transactions and savings and loan maintenance for members.

    • Provide consistent, courteous, and personal service to members.
    • Develop strong member loyalty by interacting with members, anticipating their needs, offering credit union products/services/outbound calls for new business development.
    Teller Duties:
    Open accounts,
    perform daily duties (opening/closing/accurate balancing),
    and assist resolving issues.

    Sales Expectations:

    We have specific measurable goals in shares/loans/payment protection/referrals based on APGFCU's strategic plan.Offering convenient time-saving services/meeting sales goals/generating outbound leads.Cross-selling referrals/banking automation system

    Federal Regulatory Compliance:

    We protect both the CU & its clients through promotion of payment protection.Develop loans from self & system generated leads.Interview/maintain current files.Outreach conduct interviews.Be proactive regarding all opportunities.Generate proposals/time sensitive follow-ups.Also we help disburse loans
