    Description

    **Inventory Supervisor**

    Retail American Fork, Utah Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$12-$15/hour DOE** Were looking for a driven, self-sufficient, hard worker to join our retail team.     Our Stock Room Associate helps to process and organize our inventory for in store and online orders.

    Qualifications

    Organized, pays attention to detail

    Hard worker, hustles to get things done

    Initiative, self starter who works just as hard by themselves as they would working with others

    Able to lift heavy boxes (40 lbs+)

    Comfortable being on a ladder to organize product on shelvesC

    Communicates effectively and works well with others

    Excited to be part of a team that lifts each other up and makes each others lives better

    Proactively solves problems and doesnt wait to be told what to do

    Schedule

    Two shifts available -

    1. Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and every other Saturday

    2. Monday - Friday 1:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and every other Saturday

    30+ hours/week

    at our American Fork, Utah Retail Store

    Responsibilities

    Keep the stock room organized so we have the best selling inventory available to restock the store to optimize store sales

    Pull items for online orders and communicate with our shipping warehouse consistently

    Serve customers by communicating when their orders are ready for pickup

    Process & prepare inventory to restock the store

    Restock store displays with product

    Help with monthly store display resets after the store is closed

    Communicate with our team to keep the stock room cleaned and inventory organized

    Communicate with our purchasing team about inventory that is low stock or out of stock so we can repurchase and restock those items at our store

    Communicate when back stock should be sent from the warehouse to replenish the store and what quantities of items are needed or not needed to utilize the stock room storage space we have

    Work with our team to finish processing and preparing other items for display

    Maintain item back stock and organization (includes updating the store drawer chart and making sure team knows where back stock items are)

    Help manage and maintain correct inventory levels through inventory cycle counts

    Location American Fork, Utah Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation $12-$15/hour DOE
