Project Manager / Commercial Electrical Construction:

We are DEL Electric, based out of Hunt Valley, MD, and we have an immediate opening for an experienced and proven Electrical Project Manager for our commercial construction division. Our project work is concentrated in the Baltimore area and the surrounding counties.

All successful candidates must have commercial electrical construction technical and work experience from job start up through completion. Daily duties involve collaborating and liaising with General Contractors, Customers, Project Foremen, Vendors, manpower, and our administrative team.

Candidates must have great verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and be experienced with electrical construction estimating software. Additionally, the right candidate must have the technical knowledge to be able to price out project Change Orders as necessary, have a basic understanding of monthly billing requirements, and be able to forecast manpower needs.

Applicants must also have a history of stable employment and be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigations. In addition, applicants should be able to produce accurate results, follow procedures, and uphold quality standards.
