- Lead and mentor the maintenance team in daily operations.
- Prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks to meet production targets.
- Oversee and assist in repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate maintenance projects to increase production efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of crusher maintenance (jaws/cones/VSI).
- Previous supervisory experience in a quarry setting (2+ years).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
