- Identify and qualify new customers
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads, qualify new leads, book meetings, close sales and expand the sales pipeline.
- Use various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to reach out to potential customers.
- Conduct initial discovery calls or with leads/prospects to assess their suitability and interest in the company's membership products, services and benefits and lead client presentations and conversation with a goal to close B2B contracts for sponsored memberships
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
- High school graduates/GED/Diploma/Bachelor's degree
- Familiar with different digital platforms active user of digital platforms, CRM and digital sales tools.
- 1-4 years exp in B2B outbound Inside Sales including Business Development, pipeline generation, customer relationship, customer success and other customer facing roles.
- Experience working with or similar CRM
