Contract to hire
6 month contract period.
Pay:
$21.00-$27.00 hr.

As an Application Support Analyst, you'll be an important part of our team responsible for keeping our proprietary SAP applications running smoothly.
Your work is crucial to keep our business-critical applications operating at their best, and your contribution will have a direct impact on our organizational success.
What Youll Do:
Monitor and maintain application systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Handle user queries and issues, providing first and second level support and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as necessary.
Collaborate with development teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues.
Basic understanding of SQL; must be able to understand, execute and use pre-built scripts;
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
Document all technical procedures and user guides for applications supported.
Train and guide users on new features and functionalities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
What Youll Bring:
1+ year of Technical Support experience or internship experience is highly desired.
A bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field will be considered in place of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of SAP software or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Basic understanding of SQL and ability to perform data queries.
Experience with Active Directory management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
