We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding team at Globe Life: American Income Life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to both personal and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals and drive growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and/or management, with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a commitment to personal and team growth.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
A professional license in Life & Health is preferred, but support is provided through the licensing process for top candidates that are willing to obtain their license immediately.
