    Garden Center Lead Details:

    • Temp-to-Hire position
    • $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
    • Full Time work available
    • First Shift (Wednesday through Sunday from 09:00am to 06:00pm)
    • Will work in the outdoor Retail Garden Center
    • Set up nursery displays, arranging plants, flowers, hanging baskets, and grooming plants.
    • Pulling orders from the nursery
    • Customer service
    • Some clerical
    • Will operate a hand pallet jack.
    • Cashier

    Garden Center Lead Qualifications:

    • Must be able to work weekends.
    • Bilingual candidate preferred.
    • Previous experience in nursery/greenhouse work preferred.
    • Experience with money handling & square app payments a plus.
    • Must have previous lead role (1-2 yrs),
    • Must be able to push/pull flower cart (50lbs.)
    • Work is physical, will get dirty, wet.
    • All work will be outdoors.
    • Applicant may be subject to a background check
    • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
