Reporting to the Salon Manager, our shampoo assistants contributes to our mission of assisting our stylist with a variety of task.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive, luxury experience for all clients;
- Ensure client's comfort at all times;
- Assist stylist with shampooing, color and perm application.
- Help and launder towels and help with light housekeeping.
- Develop client relationships to retain and expand business by providing consistent delivery of service and product knowledge;
- Participate in salon activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education and trainings;
- Adhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensing;
- Report damaged equipment to management.
