Job summary

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required and on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma GED or college degree required
- Customer service experience preferred
- 1 year of similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain buildings/facilities Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems Establish effective communication working relationships with clients co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc Comply all safety security compliance quality standards established Company Clients regulatory authorities Clean interior partition glass windows glass partitions mirrors using soapy water other cleaners sponges squeegees Wash replace blinds Gather empty trash Sweep walks rake leaves cut grass remove snow perform incidental seasonal tasks Wipe clean tabletops chairs equipment food areas Service clean supply restrooms
