    Job Description:


    We're hiring a Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Enterprise Network Support Analyst to work with Ironclad's Information Technology team at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, CA.

    Our network support analyst acts as the primary conduit for NMCI order processing and delivery, NMCI infrastructure upgrades, and the IT Procurement Request (ITPR) process.

    The network support analyst will be tasked with ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products while ensuring customer satisfaction, team velocity, collaboration, and resource needs are met.


    Responsibilities include:


    Reviews all Enterprise Knowledge Management (eKM) requests which contains an NMCI Order Justification Form (OJF) from CNAP subordinate commands for Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) new IT services request.

    Reviews and provides recommendations for IT Procurement Requests (ITPR).Support NMCI Move, Add, change (MAC) Processing.
    Support NMCI Issue Resolution.
    Support NMCI Infrastructure Projects.
    Assist SharePoint Regional Inventory Tracking Essentials (SPRITE).Supports One-Net process including reviewing Requests for Change requests and validation.
    Supports One-Net issue resolution.


    Here's what you need:
    5 Years of Experience in the US Navy or equivalent.
    Proficient in Navy Information Technology Approval Systems (NAV-ITAS) process and procedures.
    Proficient with Outside Continental United States(OCONUS) Navy Enterprise Networks (ONE-NET) procurement process.
    Understanding of Defense Logistics Agency(DLA) Multi-Function Device (MFD) procurement and sustainment process and procedures.
    Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) procurement process.
    Communication and customer service skills.
    Experience with the MS Office Suite.

    This requirement can be substituted with five (5) years of experience working for the Department of Navy (DoN) supporting Information Technology (IT) systems such as but not limited to Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI).


    Certification:
    In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the role shall have one of the following certifications to comply with Department of Defense (DoD M IAT Level II Baseline Certification requirements: CCNA Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, SSCP
