- Provide direct care to program participants.
- Develop and maintain Individual Service Plan, progress notes and quarterly reports with clients.
- Maintain a caseload of multiple clients.
- Reduce risk of out of home placement or assist in the return from out of home placement.
- Attend weekly supervision with Clinical Supervisor.
- A Bachelor's degree in a human services field or a Bachelor's in a non-related field with 15 credit hours in a human service field.
- QMHP certification (A or C, both is preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with clients with mental health conditions.
