Job summary
We are looking for a Case Manager II to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shared Living program. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals within Seven Hills Family Services, Inc., while maintaining compliance with State, Federal, and other regulatory standards.- Manage daily operations in compliance with Seven Hills Family Services policies and federal/state licensing regulations.
- Oversee contract usage and funding allocations for Shared Living supports in the assigned area.
