Sodexo is seeking a strong Executive Chef for a Military Dining Account in Cape May, NJ. The Executive Chef will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day oversight of all culinary operations for the Coast Guard Academy Dining Facility.Responsibilities
- Manage the daily food production including production planning and controls;
- Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;
- Manage food costing, controls and compliance;
