In this role, you will immerse yourself in our established processes, catering to our existing base of 2,000 clients while fostering new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing a small team to execute these responsibilities.
As you become proficient in training and guiding your team, you will progress towards the pivotal position of Agency Director, mastering all required skills through our structured systems.
This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 - an average for the first year.
