    AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.     Basic Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

    3+ years of electrical engineering experience specifically in power electronics, designing, testing, and debugging power electronics such as AC/DC, DC/DC and DC/AC power conversion, switching power supplies, driver circuits, and battery systems

    Preferred Qualifications

    Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or similar

    Deep understanding of different power electronics circuit topologies, designing or testing products for safety, compliance, and regulatory standards

    Experience with technologies such as: power optimization, board design, thermal, mechanical, BIOS, BMC, signal integrity, networking, product validation and issue root cause experience in gathering requirements and developing specifications

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
