    Home Health Aide/CNA Olympia, WA Are you a terrific caregiver, HCA, CNA, or nursing student looking for some great clients, part time or full time? Well, we have fantastic clients As you know, caregiving is challenging but rewarding work and it takes knowledge, dedication, and a special connection to people.

    Sound like you? We have immediate openings for 12 hour day and nite shifts in Olympia, and 4-8 hour day shifts in Yelm.

    Each caregiver has the support of our director of nursing, working closely to coordinate care and provide personal health care and companion services to our private duty clients in their home setting.

    Benefits * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Flexible schedule * Sick Paid Time off * Medical and Dental Benefits plan for qualified employees * GPS time and attendance technology enhances your access to key scheduling and care information * Free continuing education * Variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments * Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and facility based * One to one patient care * Joint Commission accredited * Garnered Employer of Choice Award * National opportunities with over 300 locations in US Responsibilities * Provide client with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping * Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight, if necessary * Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the Director of Nursing * Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, shopping * Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards * Ensure client's rights are adhered to Requirements * State Certification HHA or CNA/Ask about our licensure program if you have not obtained yours yet- we love helping our caregivers get certified * Current CPR * Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile * Adherence to HIPAA and client confidentiality * Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required or currently enrolled in nursing program We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
