    JOB TITLE:
    SEED DSM - MINNESOTA



    SALARY RANGE:
    75-95K, depending on experience, PLUS structured Commission Program PLUS strong Benefits Package

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Agronomy degree preferred; employer will also consider relative experience
    • Proven Agronomy Sales experience with crop inputs including Seed
    • Must be able to bring Seed customers immediately to role
    • Excellent Communication/Presentation skills
    • Sales Leader, Relationship-Builder and Negotiator
    • Proficient with Computer Technology as well as social media
    • Preference for an individual already residing in and selling within Minnesota

    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    Additionally, this Seed DSM will assist his/her Seed Dealers with building a solid network of seed customers within their area, helping them to distribute products efficiently, and helping them to negotiate prices with their customers.

    Developing and reviewing business plans including marketing with your Seed Dealers- Recruiting new Seed Dealers- Training new Seed Dealers
