    The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in Mission Controls Systems to be a part of a team that will carry on our 70 year legacy of making history in advanced aircraft development.


    As part of the Mission Controls Systems team, the selected candidate will help design, develop, integrate and test a variety of ground based networking equipment.

    The candidate will be expected to performs hands-on installation and configuration of network switches, routers, firewalls, gateways and similar networking components.


    Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require the ability to obtain a TS SCI Clearance; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

    - Ability to obtain Top Secret SCI Clearance
    Understanding of OSI or TCP/IP models

    • OSI Layer 2 knowledge: VLANs, ARP, CDP, and trunking
    • OSI Layer 3 knowledge: IP addressing and IP routing concepts
    • Certification: Cisco CCST Networking or CompTIA Network+
    • Current Cisco CCNA and CompTIA Security+ certifications, or ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+ or higher) within 90days of start date
    • Juniper Firewall Experience
    • Ability to troubleshoot network outages and restore network functionality.
    • 13 years of experience configuring network infrastructure
    • Experience with network management tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Call Manager.
    • Experience with Network Access Control (Cisco ISE, TACACS/Radius, 802.1x, AAA)
    • Experience with voice technologies such as VoIP and VTC.
    • Experience with configuring and troubleshooting LAN and WAN connections.
    • Experience with encryption devices and COMSEC.
    • Current Cisco CCNA and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
    • Ability to create network diagrams utilizing Microsoft Visio.
    • Handson experience implementing configurations using CLI on Cisco switches & routers.
