We're looking for a Director of Systems Engineering.
The Director of Systems Engineering will lead the technical strategy and system architecture for 's space and sensing products, including satellite constellations, radar systems, and integrated weather observation platforms. You will champion cross‑discipline technical excellence and ensure system designs align with mission objectives, operational goals, and customer needs.
You will guide a team of systems engineers while collaborating with hardware, software, product, and mission operations teams to deliver highly reliable and scalable atmospheric sensing systems. The mission of the Director of Systems Engineering is to define and lead the systems engineering vision for 's space and sensor portfolio. As Director of Systems Engineering, you will establish scalable engineering processes, set systems standards, and elevate the quality of designs across the product lifecycle — from concept and requirements through verification and validation. You will collaborate with program leadership to manage technical performance, system‑level trade studies, and interface control. Expected outcomes include system architectures that meet technical and operational targets, early identification and mitigation of risk, and cross‑discipline alignment that accelerates delivery and improves mission success.
