    Marketing Manager Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Union Square Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for food, marketing, and the NYC dining scene.

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the Daily Provisions brand marketing strategy, partnering with operations leaders and teams across the company. This role will involve creating local restaurant marketing plans, translating them into integrated campaigns, and collaborating with key team members to execute and measure results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies that build loyalists and fans of the Daily Provisions brand.
    • Partner with operators at each location to deliver against short-term revenue and long-term brand building objectives.
    • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between the operating and marketing teams.
    • Learn to love and use data/tools to identify opportunities to drive brand and revenue growth through alternative channels.
    • Help grow, develop, and refine the customer experience on all digital platforms.
    • Refine brand communications by collecting customer insights and feedback, and assessing market and competitive dynamics.
    • Support the Content Manager in creation and management of editorial and content calendars.
    • Develop, execute, and measure local restaurant marketing plans for each location.
    • Dream up and build creative brand partnerships that strengthen brand affinity and drive awareness to new audiences.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of work experience in brand management, preferably in hospitality or related field.
    • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing/communications, or related field required.
    • Equally left brain/right brain - ability to interpret analytics, communicate and formulate strategy, and own a P&L or be accountable for business results.
    • Strong attention to detail in both written and visual content, and highly creative with enthusiasm to conceptualize and implement programs that are disruptive while maintaining brand positioning.
    • Design skills a plus, though not required. Must be comfortable briefing in creative partners.
    • Strong proficiency in email marketing and SMS strategy and tactics with proven results.
    • Strong cross-functional skills and desire to work with people who bring a different set of experiences to the table.
    • Adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary; experience in developing and implementing new approaches and processes.
