We are seeking a strong and experienced Regional Director to lead our dedicated team. You will have a proven track record in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and staff development. This leader ensures that identified outcomes are achieved through effective and timely delivery of services by utilizing data collection, analysis and process implementation.What we need in a Senior Leader
Supervise, support motivate empower leaders who oversee multiple locations.
Develop innovative high-quality support initiatives in keeping with regulations and guidelines.
Work closely with the leadership team in all aspects of program management service delivery program implementation staff relations staff development community support.
Cultivate maintain positive outcomes with all local state regulatory licensing entities Experience with funder contracts licensing reporting requirements help develop monitor measurable outcomes Ensure full capacity programmatic resources Responsible expansion services regional exposure Monitor quality quantity supports provided various assessment procedures Develop implement policies procedures quality services meet exceed accreditation standards applicable regulatory requirements Promote ensure effective interdepartmental communications cooperation Participate budget planning monitor expenditure company individual funds Work closely operations administrative support Lead development processes ensure compliance standards met Monitor trends keep current regulatory requirements service delivery best practices Cooperate DHS representatives investigation inspection Prepare required reports company funding regulatory accreditation agencies Promote demonstrate ethical professional conduct employees employees themselves ethical professional manner Promote continuous quality improvement projects ongoing performance measures Works cooperatively facilities human resources IT finance ensure effective delivery servicesJob description
