- Lead the QA process, managing tasks, documentation, and prioritization effectively.
- Establish quality metrics and KPIs to assess software quality.
- Offer insights for enhancing product features, functionality, design, and performance.
- Act as a product specialist and assist the Customer Success team in resolving application and data issues.
- Support customer on-boarding and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to product design through specifications and wireframe designs.
- Communicate QA findings and solutions efficiently with the development team.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field. Alternatively, a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- At least two years of hands-on software QA/testing experience, with a focus on automation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team, adapt quickly, and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in automated software testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience in agile development and familiarity with SQL Server, TSQL, and Cloud Dev Ops.
- Desired knowledge in C#.Net.
