The Barndo Company seeks a driven New Home Sales Agent in our beautiful showroom at Nexton Square to meet excited buyers and design their forever home.

This role requires building rapport, fostering trust, communicating excellence, and consistently hitting monthly sales goals with our supportive team, amazing showroom resources, strong marketing support, and admin support.

• Follow up with prospects via email or phone calls to add them to the sales pipeline


• Gather information from clients and qualify leads before moving forward for an efficient sales process


• Maintain existing business opportunities within our area to expand the sales region


• Put updated client information into database systems for accurate data access by agents


• Provide monthly/quarterly reports on progress towards company goals as a professional intermediary when connecting leads/professionals with industry values reflected throughout transactions​
