Job summary
This position is responsible for all provider recruitment functions within a designated region including outreach visits conference attendance initial contact internet sourcing reference checks and building relationships with physician and APP candidates.Responsibilities
- Responsible for all sourcing functions in account service areas including outreach visits advertising marketing initial contact reference checks orchestrating visits and finalizing relationships to meet provider needs for these service areas.
- Attends local and national recruitment conferences Actively sources and recruits physicians in support of all ministries employed and private practice in the community including cold warm calling prospects and candidates.
