    Description

    Role: MES Techno-Functional Consultant

    Experience: 10-12 years relevant experience

    Onsite Locations:

    1. Faribault South th St NW, Faribault, MN 55021
    2. Owatonna st Ave NW, Owatonna, MN 55060

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide production floor support for day-to-day activities.
    • Act as the primary liaison between IT and the manufacturing team for projects.
    • Gather and document functional requirements.
    • Work on solution approaches with respective teams.
    • Support implementation team and manage ServiceNow tickets.
    • Assist in evaluating business needs and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes.
    • Configure, test, and rollout MES Application.
    • Troubleshoot printing applications like Cipher, Bartender, etc.
    • Resolve issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA).
    • Understand current solution design and implementation.
    • Work as a Business Analyst bridging IT and Business needs.

    Education & Experience:

    • Graduate Degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in developing and debugging SQL queries.
    • Good Understanding in Json, XML languages, SQL & Oracle 12g, configuration management, change/incident management processes, printing applications like Bartender and Skipjack Cipher, REST API.
    • Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes and MES Systems.
    • Understanding of SDLC and knowledge of Production, Quality & Warehouse processes.
    • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions for MES applications.
    • High-level understanding of production planning in ERP, BOM & Routing, and integration with MES Systems.
