Summary
We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our dynamic team at Superior Towing. This role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and professional towing services. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload vehicles with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions.
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and emergencies.
- Assist in training new drivers on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicts professionally.
- Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repairs is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay: $50, $80,000.00 per year
