California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy has a full-time Physical Therapist opening with our outpatient ortho clinic in Newport Beach.

Salary: Negotiable and highly competitive

Range $80,000 to $95,000 annually + up to $9,750 in annual Productivity Incentives + Full Benefits.

Position Summary:

Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
Create individualized care plans for each treatment
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic physical therapy (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
