    Position Requirements:

    Bachelor's

    degree

    in

    Marketing

    ,

    Communications

    ,

    Business,

    Journalism

    or Graphic Design
    Attention to detail,

    high level

    of accuracy, and ability to prioritize workload
    Demonstrate strong time management, planning, and organizational skills and should excel in a high volume, deadline-driven environment
    Foster relationships and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams across the company
    Excellent

    verbal and written communication

    skills
    Preferred

    Experience

    :

    Experience in the AEC Industry
    Experience with

    Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat)

    and

    Microsoft Office

    Create all Request for Qualifications/Proposal submissions and

    nterview

    resentations across all Juneau

    o

    ffices for new busine

    ss

    opportunities
    Collaborate

    with multiple departments and

    Ma

    rketing

    M

    anager

    to coordinate proposal content

    that differentiates the firm and creates a competitive advantage
    Ensure on-time production and delivery of proposals
    Generate pursuit-specific written and graphic content

    in collaboration with thought leaders

    ,

    including

    ;

    templates/forms, project cut sheets, key personnel resumes, org charts, cover letters, and final packaging that supports the specific needs of each pursuit and client
    Update

    and Maintain

    AIA A305

    Documents
    Maintain database of

    marketing

    collateral

    for Business Development needs
    Maintain

    Juneau's promotional online swag store

    and o

    rder

    all

    other promotional items

    as needed
    Create all other misc

    ellaneous

    marketing materials

    and

    graphics

    to support company needs internally and externally, including company-wide meetings, conferences, career fairs,

    and

    project award submissions
    Assist

    with client retention initiatives
    Maintain

    industry

    conference & event calendar
    Assist

    with market research

    across key market sectors
    Update CRM database (BD pipeline, historical data, contacts

    , etc.)
    and

    assist

    with reporting

    as

    needed
