    Union Health Foundation President Details


    Essential Job Duties:

    • Manage and oversee all aspects of the organization's operations
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the organization's goals and objectives to grow annual revenue through individual, corporate gifts, foundation gifts and grants
    • Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
    • Drive business development efforts to expand the organization's reach and market presence
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss, to ensure financial stability and growth.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
    • Provide leadership in strategic planning initiatives to drive long-term success
    • Supervise and evaluate the performance of department heads and other key personnel

    Qualifications:

    • Strong leadership, inspiring and motivating teams
    • Excellent project management skills for effective planning and execution
    • Proven business development experience, cultivating client and partner relationships
    • Proficient in sales strategies for revenue growth and cost containment
    • Solid understanding of financial management principles, including profit loss analysis
    • 5 years experience working with foundations preferred
    • 5 years experience working with fundraising required

    Education Requirement:

    • Minimum of bachelor's degree in management, marketing, communication field. Master's degree desirable.

    Schedule:

    • 8 Hour Shifts
    • Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed
