    We are seeking a Program Manager to help our Federal client to oversee an Army Declassification Directorate with Declassification Program Support Services. Our team is assisting the Army in revitalizing and streamlining this program to achieve economy and efficiency in the management of Army records

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise program / project operation by developing management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, and monitoring and reporting progress
    • Serve as the working level primary interface and point of contact (POC) with Government program authorities and representatives on program / project and contract administration issues
    • Manage acquisition and employment of program / project resources
    • Will attend meetings with Government personnel to discuss status on high-level projects.
    • Manage and control financial and administrative aspects of the program / project with respect to contract requirement
    • Collaborate with Government personnel and team to plan, conduct and technically direct projects or major phases of significant projects
    • Coordinate efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects
    • Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to highly complex and important issues and/or problems; and provide studies, evaluations, and recommendations to the Government for solutions to these problems and act as an advisor to Contractors management and the Government on advanced technical research and applications

    Requirements:

    • Must have a bachelors or postgraduate degree in engineering, scientific, technical, or business management disciplines from an accredited college or university.
    • Must have at least fifteen (15) years of management and supervisory experience, which includes performance of the following functions with respect to Army Records Management or similar DoD programs/ projects, as specified in the position descriptions that follow.
    • Knowledge of program management, regarding Information Management (IM) and Information Access projects.
    • Ability to oversee various IM projects, in addition to ensuring contractual commitments and deliverables are met.
    • Experience working in program management with IM and direct knowledge of all contract tasks performed for the Government agency.
    • Must have an active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI. Note: Top Secret Clearance Requires U.S. Citizenship.
