    We're currently looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to be a part of our larger Customer Marketing team.

    The team is responsible for identifying, engaging with and leveraging happy RingCentral customers to help them move through the customer journey to deepen loyalty and help grow brand awareness.

    We make our customers heroes and the center of everything we do. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with RingCentral's marketing, sales leadership, and customer success teams.

    This individual must be team oriented, have a 'can do' attitude, and be comfortable working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.


    Your responsibilities will include:
    Building and nurturing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders including customer success, sales, marketing, and product teamsInnovating how customers are involved in RingCentral's programs including finding the right customers for strategic and digital events, press releases, customer stories, testimonials, campaigns, A/R reports, and moreOwning customer content - from discovering the best candidates for a customer success story and outreach to managing the interview and follow upTo succeed in this role you must have experience and strengths in:Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years experience in a marketing roleCustomer-first mentality-including being able to identify, craft and articulate the value propositions of the program to customersProven track record working effectively with executive-level customers and internal stakeholders to build strong relationshipsExperience working directly with customers of all levelsHighly organized and efficient with strong project management skills and operational disciplineExcellent collaboration skills, self-motivated and willing to take initiativeAbility to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environmentStrong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervisionAbout RingCentralRingCentral, Inc

    If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $68,000 and $126,750 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
