    We are seeking a highly skilled and people-oriented Learning and Design Manager who will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning solutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Woodside's employees. Partnering closely with subject matter experts, you will create innovative and interactive training materials that align with our organizational goals and promote a culture of continuous learning and development. This position will report directly to our Vice President of Learning and Development.

    GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct thorough needs assessments in order to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
    • Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training modules, videos, and other multimedia assets.
    • Create structured and comprehensive learning paths that align with organizational learning objectives.
    • Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information to ensure the accuracy of the content.
    • Utilize various e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems to deliver effective online training programs.
    • Implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

    KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in education, training & development, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong portfolio of successful learning programs.
    • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Adobe Creative Suite are a must.
    • Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • A creative mindset with the ability to transform complex information into engaging and accessible learning content.
    • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Office products is preferred.
